Welcome to 2026. As we tie our belts for the first classes of the year, an essential question presents itself: What is your Karate goal for the next twelve months?
A black belt is not achieved in a single day; it is forged through thousands of focused, purposeful days. This year, we are challenging every student—from White Belt to Dan grade—to establish a "Micro-Goal."
Our first term event is the Fitness Challenge in March. Your focus now should be on fighting fitness and building strength—the foundation of powerful Karate. Every training session is an opportunity to push your limits and prepare your body for the challenges ahead.
Select one Kata. Dissect it completely. Understand every bunkai (application). Make it genuinely yours. Depth of understanding surpasses breadth of knowledge.
Commit to consistency. Target 100% attendance during the first term. Regularity is the foundation upon which all progress is built.
This year, Palm Court Karate continues its mission to develop future leaders. We are expanding our technical curriculum—including our renewed focus on groundwork—and deepening our connection to our Okinawan heritage.
The floor is open. The potential is yours. Let us make 2026 our strongest year yet.
